Invisalign

Invisalign

Invisalign is used to straighten teeth. A series of clear plastic trays are used to move teeth into alignment. The trays are removable, and because they are clear, they are less noticeable than traditional braces.

The process for getting Invisalign involves the dentist taking a 3D scan to create a software replica of your teeth. The dentist will then order a series of aligners based on your measurements. You will be instructed on how to maintain them and how to use them to ensure there is no tooth damage.

While Invisalign puts as much pressure on your teeth as braces do, they won't correct overbites or underbites. They are recommended for minor alignments.
